What’s the secret to our tasty food?
It’s all about taking pride in our ingredients. We’ve built our menu around high quality, local vendors like Macrina Bakery in Kent, Taylor Shellfish in Capitol Hill, and Carso’s Pasta in Lynnwood. Our meats are pasture raised, and we’ve chosen vendors that treat their animals and environment with care without hormones or antibiotics.
Simple ingredients, thoughtfully picked for flavor and quality.
If you love all things fresh and local, make your reservations for our May 17th Tank to Table dinner at the Bistro, featuring six courses built around farm fresh produce and high quality meats paired with Airways brews. Attendees should plan to arrive between 5-6 pm, and we invite you to relax, enjoy your meal at your own pace, and take time to visit until we close at 9.
Six Courses, Including Beer: $85
Every dish will feature produce that just came out of the ground that week from a local farm. The full menu will be available online and emailed to attendees as we get closer, but here are the first two our chef is letting us reveal:

Yes, we recently opened our new, all-ages section, so now you can bring your entire family to The Bistro year-round. The patio, when it’s open and provided it actually stops raining, is also family-friendly.
We allow service animals, but since we’re a restaurant, no pets.
During off-peak, non-event times/days, we can usually set space aside. Call us or e-mail us and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.
Yes, call us and we’ll give you an estimated pick up time when you place your order.
We have a great patio that seats around 50 and is open when weather permits.
You can get almost all of our beers in growlers to go. We’ll gladly fill your existing growler, as long as it’s clean, or you can buy a brand new, Airways-branded one. Sometimes special releases or high-alcohol beers are served in pints or schooners only. We don’t fill growlers of guest beers or cider.
We’re in Downtown Kent, just south of Kent Station. The building is called “The Terminal” and we have our own parking lot, along with street parking.
