Our Beers

We brew dozens of beers each year. We regularly distribute Pre Flight Pilsner and Jumbo Juice IPA throughout the Puget Sound area via NW Beverages. Most of our beers, however, are served exclusively at our two locations. Below you’ll find descriptions of some of our most-common offerings:

Pre Flight Pilsner
Jumbo Juice IPA
Sky Hag IPA

Pre-Prohibition Style Lager

An early American-style lager, which was popular in the U.S. prior to prohibition. A blend of German and American malts, along with flaked corn, results in a beer that’s full bodied, yet crisp and highly-drinkable. German-grown Hallertauer Perle & Mittelfrüh along with Czech-grown Saaz hops provide floral, earthy and spicy notes.

ABV: 4.6%    IBU: 30    OG: 12P

Availability: Year Round

Hazy IPA

One of the first hazy IPAs to hit the taps in the Pacific Northwest. Loads of flaked grains provide a smooth, silky body. A generous addition of uber-fruity Yakima-grown Citra & Apollo hops leave this beer bursting with tropical hop flavors and aromas, including notes of pineapple, passion fruit and mango.

ABV: 6.3%    IBU: 40    OG: 15.2

Availability: Year-Round

NW-Style Double IPA

A Northwest classic. Assertive and bright, with a firm bitterness. A touch of sweet caramel malt creates a nice balance with the flowers, citrus, and pine from the hops.

ABV: 7.8%    IBU: 60    OG: 16.9P

Availability: Year-Round

Biergarten Kellerbier
Luxury Jet IPA

Franconian Style Lager

A rustic country lager, modeled after the many beers we’ve enjoyed in the small breweries in the Franconian region of Northern Bavaria. Endlessly drinkable, featuring a soft velvety texture, with smooth, creamy carbonation. A blend of German hops provides floral, lemony and flowery aromas and flavors.

ABV: 4.8%    IBU: 23    OG: 11.8P

Availability: May-November

Northeast-Style IPA

A hazy IPA loaded with oats for a creamy, smooth body. Mosaic and Azacca hops provide rich notes of mango, pineapple, citrus and stone fruits.

ABV: 6.7%    IBU: 40    OG: 16.4P

Availability: May-August

Munich-Style Festbier/Wiesn Bier

In the festival tents of Munich, you’ll find liters of Wiesn Bier – the traditional Festbier of Oktoberfest. Our version uses German Pilsner, Munich and CaraHell malts, which results in a subtly sweet body – balanced with floral and spicy notes from Hallertauer Perle and Mittelfrüh hops.

ABV:5.7%    IBU: 18    OG: 13.3P

Availability: September-October

New Shepard Pale
Curbside Porter
Jet City ESB

American-Style Pale

Originally-brewed in honor of our rocket-building friends down the street from The Tap Room & Brewery, this beer celebrates the Kent Valley’s rich aerospace history. We brew this beer with a generous amount of malted wheat, then hop it with Yakima-grown Amarillo & Citra hops for notes of citrus and tropical fruits.

Robust Porter

Brewed with imported-U.K. grown grain and hops, which contribute to this beer’s strong dark flavors, balanced by sweet caramel malts.

ESB (Extra Special Bitter)

The only beer still on tap from when we first opened our doors. A blend of U.K. and U.S. ingredients come together to exhibit earthy flavors with a touch of caramel.
