The Tap Room & Brewery

• Can accommodate groups of up to 140.
• This location is Adults, 21+, at all times – even during private events.
• The entire space can be yours exclusively for events after 7pm on Fridays and 6pm on Saturdays.
• You are welcome to bring your own food.
• Groups of 40+, please give us 48 hours notice, so we can make sure our staff is ready for you.
• During normal business hours, groups of 20 or more are subject to a $100/hour minimum spend.
• Off hours, for all-size of groups, there’s a minimum $250/hour + tax + 20% gratuity spend on drinks & food, with a two-hour time minimum. If the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be charged the difference.
• For off-hour groups, there’s a $300 deposit due 14 days before the event. The deposit will be applied to your tab. The deposit is refundable, provided we receive your cancellation in writing up to 5 business days before your event.
• A 20% gratuity is added for private-event groups.
• Full payment is due at the close of your event.

My event is outside of normal Tap Room & Brewery hours. Is it ok to bring kids/infants?

Nope, The Tap Room & Brewery is an Adults 21+ location at all times. Per Washington state law, that includes infants.

Can I “buy out” your place for the night?

Sometimes – it depends on the night. Generally, Fridays after 7pm and Saturdays after 6pm work well. Send us your inquiry and we’ll go from there.

Can I bring my own food/use a caterer?

Yes, you can. Past groups have done everything from home-cooked buffets to fully-catered, white tablecloth events. 

Do you have audio/video equipment to use for our private event?

You can plug into our speakers, but we don’t have a video system available. You are welcome to bring your own.
